Important Notice Regarding Returns & Damage Claims

At RR Typewriter Mart, every product is carefully inspected, photographed, securely packaged, and documented before dispatch. To ensure fairness to both our customers and the Company, all claims relating to transit damage or incorrect delivery are subject to the following requirements.

A continuous 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory for every damage claim.

The video must:

  • Begin before the shipping package is opened, clearly showing the sealed package from all sides.
  • Clearly display the shipping label and package condition.
  • Record the complete unboxing process in one continuous, uninterrupted video, without cuts, edits, pauses, or interruptions.
  • Clearly show the internal protective packaging and the condition of the product immediately upon opening.
  • Continue until all contents of the shipment have been completely removed and inspected.

Videos that begin after the package has already been opened, edited videos, photographs taken after unboxing, or incomplete recordings shall not constitute sufficient evidence to establish that any damage occurred during transit.

RR Typewriter Mart reserves the right to reject any claim for transit damage where the above requirements are not fulfilled, as it may not be reasonably possible to determine whether the damage occurred during transit or after delivery.

This requirement has been implemented solely to ensure a fair, transparent, and objective assessment of all damage claims while protecting both genuine customers and the Company against fraudulent or unverifiable claims.

1. Eligibility for Returns

RR Typewriter Mart accepts return requests only under the following circumstances:

No returns shall be accepted for any other reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind.
  • Personal preference.
  • Incorrect purchase made by the customer.
  • Failure to read the product description prior to purchase.
  • Minor cosmetic characteristics that are accurately represented or reasonably expected in restored vintage products.
